Every love story starts somewhere. Ours began in a bowling alley.

Beth was just 13 when she first met Greg, who was 16 and working for her mum at a local bowling alley. While Greg carried on completely unaware, Beth had the biggest crush on him from the very beginning.

Five years later, a mutual friend decided to play matchmaker and added Greg on Snapchat from Beth's phone at her university leaving party. One message soon turned into conversations every single day, and despite living miles apart while Beth finished university, it quickly became clear this was something special.

Our first date was spent watching planes take off and land at the end of Stansted's runway (much more romantic than it sounds!), and just a few weeks later, after celebrating New Year's Eve together, Greg asked Beth to be his girlfriend.

Since then, we've shared countless adventures, navigated long distance, bought our first home together, and built a life full of laughter, love and plenty of inside jokes.

In 2025, during a trip to the Cologne Christmas Markets, Greg surprised Beth with the proposal of her dreams. Nine and a half years after one message changed everything, we're so excited to celebrate the next chapter of our story with all of our favourite people.
